My passion & purpose is to nurture the health & wellbeing of children & adults by guiding them into a deeper connection between their body, mind & mood.
I have been practising yoga for 20 years and it has always helped me maintain a healthy mind and body through the various challenges and developments of life: exams, pregnancy, motherhood and juggling the balance between work and family.
Having been a Primary School Teacher for 8 years, I am passionate about using my skills as a nurturer to share the wide-ranging benefits of yoga with children as well as adults.
When I come to the mat, it is my time, my space.
When I leave the mat, I feel rejuvenated and ready to face the world again.
